The government issued an order increasing the salary of NHM contract employees by 15%
The government has issued an order to increase the salary of NHM contract employees who are performing duties in the health department.
As promised by Health and Medical Education Minister Dr. K. Sudhakar, the salary of contract employees of National Health Abhiyan has been increased by 15%.
In this regard, the Department of Health and Family Welfare has issued an order increasing the salary today, which will be effective from April 1.
Dr. K. Sudhakar has written that our government has ordered a 15% salary hike for the contract employees working under the National Health Campaign (NHM) scheme of the Health Department, and the long-standing demand of the NHM contract employees has been fulfilled.
The government has issued an order to make the wage hike order effective from April 1, which seems to have fulfilled the demand for many days. On the basis of the number of years of experience, the salary increment has been divided, 5% for those with 3 to 5 years of service, 10% for those with 5 to 10 years of service, and 15% for those with more than 10 years of service.
